Head Chef Jade Crawley collaborates with The Angry Writers Collective to present a supper club responding to the idea of provenance, through poetry and food.
Four poets, Aicha Balde, Asher Jael, Leah Francis and Seki Lynch, lead this interactive culinary experience, interrogating the ethical implications of our food consumption.
In response, The Tetley’s Head Chef Jade Crawley has designed a bespoke five-course vegetarian and vegan menu with a focus on local produce and waste reduction, inviting diners to explore our individual and societal relationships with food.
Throughout the evening, we’ll consider our culinary decisions in the context of the climate crisis and social justice issues.
