Wed 1 Mar – Hot and dynamic
Building a little extra heat as spring arrives. We’ll move through twists and balances to increase blood circulation.
Wed 8 Mar – Wake Up
We’ll move through gentle sun salutations and an ashtanga inspired sequence turning our awareness inward.
Wed 15 Mar – Spring Flow
Together we’ll move through balancing and lifting postures to create a sense of lightness.
Wed 22 Mar – Lengthen and lift
Creating space down the back body lifting from the ground up.
Wed 29 Mar – Crow Flow
Moving through a sequence leading up to crow pose.

Loretta, who will be leading the sessions, has been practising yoga for eight years, and has been a qualified teacher for two. She is passionate about intuitive movement and encouraging students to move in a way that feels true to themselves.
