Week 1: Wake up flow
An energising morning flow, sequenced to build a little fire in the body – shifting any stagnant energy.
Week 2: Power flow
Find your strength, we’ll move through an energising flow sequenced to wake up the core legs and arms – leaving you feeling strong and energised.
Week 3: Find focus
We’ll move through a ladder style flow, holding each posture for a little longer allowing us to come back to the breath and calm the mind.
Week 4: Find length
An uplifting flow sequenced to create space down the back body, lengthening the hamstrings and the back – leaving you feeling a little lighter and standing a little taller.

Loretta, who will be leading the sessions, has been practising yoga for eight years, and has been a qualified teacher for two. She is passionate about intuitive movement and encouraging students to move in a way that feels true to themselves.
